About Us

Heather Andrea Holden

Heather is passionate about keeping wisdom teachings alive and delivering them to the next generation. She’s been called to be a teacher to deepen her experience as a student of Pachakuti Mesa Tradition and inspire others to re-member themselves as sacred.

She has studied Advanced Massage and Bodywork with Mark Manton, founder of Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, and sacred inner journey work with Raym Richards, founder of Crystal Dreaming. She has completed a 200 yoga teacher training with Buffy Barfoot Yoga nidra training with Jeremy Wolf, and offers classes in restorative and nidra meditation.

Heather has been practicing the shamanic healing arts since 2005. She began with Energy Medicine training with The Four Winds and has since traveled to sit in Lakota and Shipibo ceremonies. She’s been to Peru four times to deepen her experience with the Shipibo healers of the jungle and the Andean wisdom keepers of the mountains.

She launched a Sacred Shaman School to deepen her experience as a student and bring her wisdom to other seekers with the call to heal. She provides a sacred classroom lodge for community to come together for personal and planetary healing.

Heather fell in love with the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition under the glow of Mount Shasta, CA and with the loving tutelage of Ray Robriga & Valerie Magdelana. From there she realized the world needs more love not less. The greatest gift we can give is our own expanding consciousness and heartfelt integration of love and forgiveness.

She has been sanctioned by the renowned kamasqa curandero don Oscar Miro-Quesada to teach PMT five-part apprenticeship series. She owns Awaken Healing Center, a sanctuary in the city and professional home to bodyworkers, healers, and psychotherapists.

Heather formed the Denver Ayllu and welcomes community together for Solstice & Equinox ceremonies, Wednesday Night Link-Ups and Apacheta pilgrimages.
