AWAKEN is a healing practice offering energy medicine and bodywork.
Inspiration for this practice comes from observing the evolution of consciousness, and recalling that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
This practice is designed to address both the physical and spiritual aspects of healing. Like a tree, we need strong physical roots in good soil, in order to grow tall and reach to the spiritual heavens. When we shift from the conditioned mind into the innate wisdom of the heart, we are able to fully heal, reconnect with nature, and consciously step onto our spiritual path. The hero’s journey, the triumph of the human experience.
As above, so below, a saying found in hermetic text, implies there are various levels of reality: the physical, emotional, mental, and the energetic. This also means what happens one level, happens on every other. The microcosm is oneself, and the macrocosm is the universe. Like a holograph one is found within the other, and through understanding one, you can understand the other.
Recognizing all levels inform each other, it is important to address where stress or dis-ease is held and heal it at source level. Often old stories that are held contain the toxic energy imprint for future illness and disease. These are experiences that have not been fully processed, and so they fester. The same can be said for accidents, injuries or even relationships. In each of them, discovery has the potential for evolution, wisdom, confidence and truth.
The AWAKEN symbol represents the lotus flower in bloom, as a metaphor for the awakened healing consciousness. Above are five phases of the moon, representing the divine energy of the sky, as well as life and its many changes. Below is the root of infinity, representing the connection with physical earth, as well as the plentiful resources that nourish us.
All work is done with dedication, sensitivity and grace. All sessions are professional and therapeutic. Information on this site is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should consult with the appropriate health practitioner in case of any medical condition.CONTACT US
