Deep Tissue:

A unique massage blending techniques such as swedish, neuromuscular, trigger point, and structural to create a session that is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. Deep work brings about realignment of the posture, rehabilitates injured muscle and restores proper range of motion. Custom blends of pure flower and plant essences, and stress-relieving scalp treatments are available upon request.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (AOBT):

A western adaptation of Japanese barefoot massage (ashi means foot and atsu means pressure). After cream is applied to the body, soft, and clean bare feet give a deep swedish effleurage massage. The parallel bars overhead are used for the therapist’s balance and control. Excellent for those who suffer chronic low back pain, athletes and larger people who are looking for deeper pressure.

Pre-Natal:

A wonderfully nurturing massage for women during all stages of pregnancy. This massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience. Using the body cushion system, stable and comfortable massage can be giving face-down or side-lying.

Hot Stone | Cold Marble:

A fully integrative energy medicine and bodywork session rooted in the Native American traditions. Heated basalt river rocks and cold marble stones are placed, tucked and glided along the body. Subtle tapping techniques wake up stagnant energies and balance chakra centers. An excellent detoxification and boost of the body’s immune system.
